That's actually not true, and I think we've had this discussion before but I'll say it again: by all evidence of developmental science, when children are left alone to figure things out for themselves, they do develop bad attitudes and emerge as bullying and prejudiced adults.

You have to teach a child what it means to be a good person, otherwise they won't be one.

How do you know that people behave the way you believe they would behave in the absence of state influence?

How do you know that abolishing public education will have the effect you want it to have?

How do you know that positive behavior incentivism is all a state needs?

And how do you know that there would be no anti-Semitism if the Jewish community just never did X or Y at such and such a time or place?

People look into these questions all the time and the evidence is very much against what you are saying. That means you need even more evidence in support of what you are saying to pass off your thoughts as fact.
