Yeah, not really the place, but I don't know what device you're on, or if smartphones even have a "Feedback" option on the left of the screen, such as appears on a PC.

That being said, I see nothing wrong with the meme. I think it largely depends what mod sees your submission and makes the decision whether to feature it or not. Some seem to be heavily left-biased. You could try to submit it again, or look for the feedback option.
