see? Ridiculous. This has been going on A LOT lately. These are also the people who ask for us to up vote them. That is when I explain about giving and receiving in the up vote department. I have no problem up voting anyone and everyone as long as they aren't being a jerk, but that whole "Up vote me and I'm not up voting anyone" thing is getting old.

Only if you up vote memes. That is one point for you, 40 for the one you up vote. If you GET up votes on comments it's 30 points.

No. It gives 30 to the person you up vote. So I up vote comments a lot. If someone is being a troll I do not up vote them at all.
