The truth is that they do NOT WANT to do anything, because for their own PERSONAL POLTICAL ambitions they don't want enable the current Adminstration to have successes.... They are perfectly okay with stringing the Public along.... It's the same excuse the R's used for not acting, over the last Congressional term, when THEY held power.... "Just wait until we get more power, then we'll be 'able' to do something"... So much for working 'bi-partisan'.
