I bet this was about the same time as the meeting in which they hatched the scheme to frame Trump!
Wait... they're almost smiling here, so clearly this must have been before the 2016 election, and before they realized they needed to frame Trump in order to explain how (in their view) the next deserving president managed to lose an election they had rigged for her.
