If that were done in EVERY stream, Imgflip would get LOADED with SPAM.

Something some MAJOR company came up with decades ago is "door pages" for websites. Register a boatload of domain names dealing with the same topic and have computer-generated "home" pages for each one. Those pages then all FORWARD to the same site. Each page is just a "front door" to the same site.

What would happen is individual advertisers ("Gee, I started a business!"), people obsessed with some particular topic, issue, etc., would open multiple accounts and load their advertising, propaganda, or whatever, knowing "even though it will only be there a short while, it's still free. If we get 30 views per image and we have 40 images a day from 2x20 accounts and we can repost, that's 30x40 = 1200 views per day."

It's possible to have a stream set up that way. Stream owners can pick one of these three settings for their stream(s).

Several user created streams are set up where all posts are immediately featured.

One downside of that setting is that user submissions having content against the stream Posting Requirements or against the Imgflip Terms of Use would be visible to users, and need moderation after.
