So now, spelling matters? 99% of the memes on this site have misspellings or other grammatical errors, and I know we aren’t all low IQ individuals

It's true: spelling and grammar on imgflip is appalling, and there's no point pointing it out to everyone because that'd take forever.

But one thing we can do is to point out specifically the memes where people are trying to paint someone else as unprofessional or uneducated without bothering to clean up their own spelling. And to that end, we CAN hold ourselves to the same standard to which we would hold the President.

The President thinks he can smear people as stupid when THE DUMBEST THINGS to come out of anyone's mouth in many years have come from him.

It plays right into his hand when people do that.

No, I think he feeds off shit like that. I think he sometimes realizes the error, but lets it go, simply to get a rise out of his opponents. I have met several people that seem to think that is entertaining.

If you seriously think that he consciously considers getting a rise out of his detractors to be more important to his job than clear quality of communication then I do not understand how that's better.

That's not a strength. That's a gaping weakness.

I don't disagree with any of that, just saying I think he does it maybe not deliberately, but he doesn't see it as anything other than riling up his opponents
