Seems like mostly lame ones or certain templates make front page and certain people. I suspect there's a way to cheat and those on front page frequently with lame memes have figured out how to. They're not really winning. I used to be on i-dressup before the Stardoll tyrants got the free dressup sites with your own avatar off the web. They didn't record ip address so JERKS would enter fashion parties and not follow the party theme and win. They just erased their internet cache and kept voting themselves. If this site records ip addresses then I'm not sure how they do it but I think they're cheating.
