The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC)—the agency that enforces federal antidiscrimination laws—has taken the position that sexual orientation discrimination is illegal under Title VII. Two federal appeals courts have agreed, while one federal appeals court has disagreed. This is an unsettled area of law, which can only be resolved by the U.S. Supreme Court (or by new legislation from Congress). For now, however, the EEOC is accepting and pursuing sexual orientation discrimination claims.

Can you site any laws that are denying rights to members of the LGBT community?

States cannot pass laws that are in legal opposition to Federal Law. If the issue goes to court, Federal Law supercedes local law. There are instances where you see States ignoring Federal Law, for instance marijuana, but if the Feds chose to challenge the States, the Constitution would provide the framework to strike down the local law in favor of the Federal Law. This is what is called Federalism, and found in the 10th Amendment.

RFRA laws are used to allow discrimination against LGBT people under the guise of protecting religious liberty.

That is a disingenuous characterization. The Constitution is clear on the matter of religious freedom. You may not like it, but that doesn't make it a "guise".
