Now we just need women in these sports to actually speak up. They are afraid to speak up, but one day they will get tired of she-men taking over their sports.

In 1965, David Reimer, an ordinary newborn baby boy was to be raised as a
girl as part of a leftist scientific gender study. Following the
surgery, his parents took him home to bring him up as a girl, dress him in girl
clothes, and they agreed to never speak about what had happened. For Dr.
John Money, the politically active psychologist at John Hopins who had made contact
with the parents, this case was to be the most publicly celebrated medical
triumph of his 40-year career. As the child grew up, Money reported that
everything was going as planned, he had not rejected the female identity and
had been interested in feminine pursuits. This quickly became a
touchstone for the feminist movement in the 1970s, when it was cited as living
proof that the “gender gap” is purely a result of cultural conditioning, not
biology.

But things were not going at all as planned. At a very young age David, or
“Brenda” had firmly declared that he was a boy, not a girl. David was
brought back to Dr. John Money for psychological treatment to accept being
female. He was in extreme distress up until age 14 when his parents
decided to tell him that he was born male and allowed him to start living as
such. This experiment was known as a medical success until it was
discovered what really had been happening.

Since the late 1980s and early 1990s it has been well established that the
BNST of the Hypothalamic Uncinate Nucleus, a structure in the hypothalamus of the
brain, is an essential part of a network of neurological structures that
is involved in differences between how males and females think. This part of the
brain is structured and organized differently between males and females.

The SRY gene in the Y chromosome has the instructions that leads to the production of androgens (testosterone). These hormones are sent out to develop the male characteristics and anatomy. When there is no androgens, the baby will develop as female. Sometimes problems with the hormonal levels before birth causes abnormal development. According to hospital records, between one in every 1,500 to 2,000 babies are born with completely ambiguous appearing external genitals. This happens when there is a mixed amount of androgens; not enough to fully masculinize and too much to leave as female. Some people have a genetic abnormality as a root cause, and others have a hormonal imbalance caused by non-genetic factors.

David Reimer is just one example of how gender is biologically determined.

There are millions of similar examples like this in people born with medical conditions that cause abnormal sexual development. These suggest that "male" or "female" is not something which a person chooses, and not a social construct.

Babies born with ambiguous genitals are typically assigned either male or female at birth, and this assignment many times involves surgery. Approximately 40% end up rejecting their assigned gender, whether or not they were informed about their birth defect.

Recently, this thing people call “transgender” has been a subject of many debates. The media has been using this because from a twisted point of view it looks like it is defying the basic reality that men are men and women are women, as a perverse degenerate method. So now men can choose to become women and women can choose to become men.

David Reimer is just one example of how gender is biologically determined, and not something that can just change. There are millions of examples like this across the world in people with abnormal sexual development, in babies born with ambiguous genital, a gender assignment is chosen at birth, and this assignment many times involves surgery. Approximately 40% end up rejecting their assigned gender, whether or not they were informed about their birth defect. Genetically normal XY males who are born with a condition called 5-ARD have a deficiency in the dihydrotestosterone hormone but normal levels of testosterone. Dihydrotestosterone is essential in the development of the external reproductive system, while testosterone is essential in the development of the brain and secondary sex characteristics. People with this condition are born physically appearing like normal females, and raised as females if their condition is not discovered, but when they are a kid they grow up persistently saying "I am a boy". Their parents may or may not be supportive of this, but their condition is discovered when they confusingly, naturally start to develop as male during puberty. 90%-100% end up living as a male by a adult. Similarly, females with congenital adrenal hyperplasia will often have an increased androgen level while developing and be born appearing externally like a normal male.

A mutation in the Y chromosome can cause the body to be completely unable to respond to androgens (CAIS). Which means that even thought the chromosomes are XY, it is impossible to develop any male characteristics, even if given testosterone.

Attempts have been made to raise these females as males, but in all cases they have rejected this. This is because, with this condition, there is no possibility that the brain had been masculinized, just as there is no possibility to develop as male during puberty, or to be born with a male reproductive system.

5-ARD is a condition where males are born appearing externally like females, internally male, raised as females, call themselves boys growing up, and automatically begin puberty as regular males much to the confusion of the family, which is when the condition is often diagnosed.

What the left is trying to hide is that a large part of these people they call "transgender", out of the general population, were born with medical conditions.

This is because they are pushing the agenda that gender is not biological.

Some were given surgery at birth, by doctors who follow the ideology that gender can just be chosen.

Some discover that they have a minor medical condition that can affect the hormone levels, like Klinefelter Syndrome, which is when the chromosomes are XXY.

While only a small number out of the Klinefelter Syndrome population have ambiguous genitalia, most are born appearing male, but about 20% end up living as female.

Someone may discover their condition during puberty, if their development does not go as expected. Someone might take a dna test and discover that they have XX chromosomes and a condition called CAH.

Some have very minor medical conditions that are left undiscovered, or can't be diagnosed.

How exactly would "transgender" be defined?

Does transgender include XY men with 5-ARD, raised as girls?

Does it include women with XXY, or is that too mild of a condition to get an acception?

What about women with XY Kallman Syndrome, even more mild?

Where exactly do you draw the line between "transgender" and actual identifiable medical conditions?

How do you define "someone who does not live as their biological sex".

Some people may have been influenced by the leftist media nonsense and actually chose to become "transgender", as a way to "express themselves". But we are talking about neurological and hormonal conditions.

In the end, what makes someone male or female?

The basic way someone thinks, how our brains work, that CAN NOT be changed, in contrast to the agenda the left is trying to push.
