No, it is legal and the law justifies it like a right. The difference is rights are protected by the Constitution, abortion is not. Abortion was legalized giving it some of the legal power of an actual right but that also means abortion can be taken away, outlawed completely or modified by political will. Rights are much harder to remove.

More school kids die of overdoses, car wreaks, suicide. Ban medicine, cars and schools, then all the children will be safe.
