On a serious note, this speaks to me. If anyone needs to relax and dabble in some inner harmony it is definitely me. I do tend to have anxiety. I don't have panic attacks like I used to, but I do still have them sometimes.
I did! I also saved it in my bed time music! I like to put on ear phones and listen to relaxing music or meditations at bed time. Or sometimes when I get tired in the day instead of taking a nap I will listen then as well and just meditate. It feels more energizing than a nap.
