Well first of all it's a meme so the issues have to be condensed. It refers in general to using the scientific method to justify taking away various freedoms. Example, freedom of speech or freedom of religion 'causes' so many riots or acts of violence a year compared to areas without those freedoms so we need to restrict those rights. Who then becomes the arbiter of free speech? People advocate the restrictions though, in fact in Britain didn't they just jail someone for posting an offensive meme? A meme!
