At least it was his own wealth. Obama lost $1.1 TRILLION of US taxpayer money for every year he was in office.

It was not his own wealth. Banks don't seize your assets when it's your money. His father, Fred, turned a profit all during those same years. The only losses he incurred were the investments he made in Don's ideas.
