Yep i just thought it was one of the 8 versions of MisingNo

Missingno is father/mother of all Pokemon glitch kind....The Decamark is not a version of Missingno. (Wow...that makes me sound really mysterious)

but it is still # 000 in the Hoenn pokedex so you see why i am confused
