Mueller saying their team of prosecutors were unable to prove Trump was not guilty of obstruction... goes against every court in the country... where prosecutors are actually required to prove guilt is required to disprove innocence.
And I hope that anyone who approves of this farce... be accused of a heinous crime and dragged to jail and court... and be found guilty because the prosecutors couldn't prove their innocence.
The statement in Vol II is the team of prosecutors weren't able to establish that Trump didn't commit obstruction. They're the only prosecutors in the country that apparently don't believe a person is innocent until proven guilty.
Robert Mueller has known there was no Russian collusion since early 2017, even though for 2.5 years the Media has been saying otherwise. And only now the report is complete, he's suddenly concerned about public CONFUSION ?
