A lot of your comments are very minimal. Try cracking jokes on the meme you are commenting on. You should also be able to add a meme to your comment. That can help as well.
Your tag line mentions Lordcheesus. Look to his comments as a guide. I watched him when he started and knew early on he would be a success. Blew right past me on the leaderboard. Be friendly, gain friends, stay funny even when being dark. The comments will come because of it.

If you are here you want to be funny. There are actually patterns to humor. I’m trying to remember which Scott Adams book goes into pretty well (he draws the Dilbert cartoons)
I tend to do darker humor, but not gross dark. Quick puns do well and purposeful misunderstandings can be very funny.
And practice! Make memes as soon as you have a thought about one. You don’t have to wait until you have submissions. Often I make memes as a placeholder to a joke that I plan to polish later for submission. This does two things. It records it now so you don’t forget it later. A bigger problem than many realize. And two it allows time for editing. Nothing worse than posting a meme with a wrong word (autocorrect) or really bad grammar.
That may be another reason ppl don't reply to you, because you keep forgetting to upvote their replies. You may notice that when they reply to you, they also upvote your comment. When you don't return the favor, it reeks of ignorance! Sorry
