You do understand what the argument is about right? The electoral process includes them as part of the population however they cannot cast a vote. See the dispearity? If you can't vote you should not be counted.

But the bigger foolish thing is not understanding that if Bernie thought heads of cabbage would (at least reliably) vote for him, he'd be pushing to allow them to vote... It's ALL really about flooding with ballots -- regardless of where they come from -- in order to create a difficult to track (and monitor) fuster-cluck.... If they needed more votes to win, simply dig deeper in the fuster-cluck; but if they are already winning, stop counting. It's beautifully simple.
