Haha. I think this cat's name is Matilda and she has a rare eye condition that causes her eyes to keep expanding. She'll eventually have to have them removed. She has an alien look or even anime. I think she's the one named Matilda. Many pics of her in Google search. If I have name wrong then type in "cats with bulging eyes"
