I think women even without kids get less sleep than men. Guys can turn off their minds somehow.

I kid of course 🤭 I don't think I've gotten a good night's sleep since I was a child. My mind just never seems to shut off at night.

I think they do have a switch or something. my husband keeps telling me I just need to stop thinking sometimes and I would sleep better. Like how do you do that?

I think men are as much of an enigma as we are, we'll never fully understand each other.
