What time of day is best to submit for maximum upvotes?

I've had most luck Friday evenings. But sometimes I submit random at times and it makes front page. Think of when most people will see it, before work/school, during lunch breaks, and after work/school. You wanna assume USA time too

yes i agree. my favorite times is just before school/work and a couple hours after work/school. but you never know.you can also keep an eye on the top members and see when they submit.
