Taxes are theft

Slavery is people being the sole property of an entity and can be treated however they like.
Tax, despite being a bit broken, is the government having a cut of what you earn to pay for education, security, roads etc.

Nice try at justification but taxation is theft. You are or will be a government owned debt slave paying taxes on things you already own.

Keep ignoring all the evil that is paid for with the money, forget about how so-called public servants have tens of millions in the bank while voting down raises for seniors. Forget about them spending social security funds they didn't own. Forget about all the wars, the land grabs and cities that are dangerous to live in, you will be fine, ignore it all.

Easily, one hard limits on was % can be taxed and for what the funds can be used for (and what it can not). That alone would force what serves as leadership to make hard choices on who gets what and how much. Secondly, hard scrutiny including jail time for leadership that misuse taxable income.
