Hey bunch of hypocrites where were you when Dashhopes needed your support?

After trying to find out what happened through a MOD, it was pulled for being political under the new policy. This meme was 2 days old on here when it happened. Nobody really went to bat for me, and I didn't expect them to. Raydog does bark the loudest when something is done to his. Dash will complain too if something happens to his, but not as much.

I have accepted the fact that mods call the shots here.

Some people, knowingly and intentionally, break the site rules, create drama and play the victim. Raydog reposted his meme with image description ''.'' - of course he ''knew there was a chance it might be sent back'' and he made a drama out of the whole thing.

Dashhopes' meme was another thing - it was pulled by mistake, without any reason behind it, because ''moderators accidentally press the wrong button''. And what did imgflip community do? Nothing!

I came back from hiatus to all of this happening. Dash is an absolute saint on here. It sucks he kind of gave up. I don't blame him if it isn't fun anymore. I found out a lot have left since I have been gone.

I was pissed off and paused imgflip for more than a month after DashHopes took his hat.

I don't believe that whole story - a frontpage meme being deleted 'just by mistake' without immediately noticing and instantly undoing such an error isnt't credible to me.

Dash's meme has eventually been restored - like several days after it went dark.
On some back pages since the hotpage-algorithm labeling it 'outdated' long since.

The least they should have done to make up for the damage would have been some clarifying and to adjust the timeline of that harmed meme so that it would have had it's comeback on #1 frontpage - as it was when they pulled it.

It would be nice to know why memes are pulled. Whenever I flag a meme, it has a multiple choice on why plus a reason to fill out. It could be passed on to the creator of the meme.

Sadly, your meme was a lone voice in the wilderness. Most people here are so wrapped up in themselves that they deliberately ignore the issues in their community unless it affects them directly. Those so-called ''top users'' chose to bury their head, ostrich-like, in the sand and pretend like nothing was happening. Those same ''authority figures'' now are hosting a theme week in support of the reposter Raydog. This place is full of selfish hypocrites.
