Sigh.
See, much as purgeboy is being his usual asshole self again, he's actually highlighting exactly the problem with drawing an equivalence of Nazism and communism in severity.
Page 1 of the Nazi goals is to explicitly exercise genocidal hatred from the start. Purge boy's comment is implementing Nazi goals exactly as explicitly intended. There is no casual lite version of Nazism where you're not wanting to stir trouble over Muslims.
I'm not Communist myself but a communist may have several reasons for being a communist without advocating for mass murder. Now, in reality, it seems that communism is particularly prone to implementations that result in mass murder, and Stalin made no bones about hating Jews, Muslims, and gay people as much as Hitler did - but that's not page 1 of communist goals; page 1 of communist goals is that everyone in a post-Communist society has an equal fair lot. How we get there changes depending on which theorist of Communism you follow. You can't say that about Nazism. Many communists don't get as far as answering the elephant in the room of who has to die on order to bring about their political changes. A Nazi does that at the start.
i.e. a Nazi *will* take the opportunity to shitpost about who should die in the comments section. Purgeboy is doing what he's expected to do. A Communist won't unless they have gotten REALLY deep down the rabbit hole already.
And for all we can talk about the death count of Stalinism, Maoism, and Pol Pot, that's just a really big difference on the surface right there.
