I'd go for 3 or 4 but if it's too many there will be more spam. Even with great memes there will be so much competition almost everything will get buried.

Don't know if I changed your mind but I gave it an effort.

I think there should be four or five,because if there was unlimited then I would have like 500 submissions.

I think img flip should add a feature like 2 post per hour
