That's because in its core, they are both monopolies who hate any kind of free market competition which would end most high prices and low quality services and products.

Nope, just like public monopolized schooling didn't teach us how the Wagner-Act protects unions by giving them the power to take over private industries, nor how crony corporatist are subsidized and given protectionism against free market competition.
