It's easier said then done at your age but here goes.
Instead of being creepy, try humor. The way to a good woman's heart is through laughter and kindness, but don't be a spineless cuck, women like protectors, not doormats.
Try to be relaxed. Realize that regardless of what you do, you will be turned down alot more times than not so don't get too uptight, unless you are very handsome, rich or famous.
Show interest in their interests, you don't have to con them but try to find common ground. Learn when enough is enough, don't harrass them with a million comments. Don't be crude unless they are crude first, then you can joke around but don't go too far.
Best advice I can give you, try to find a high school sweetheart and if you get along, do all you can to strengthen your relationship. In these days of tinder and degeneracy, you don't want the mother of your kids to be a Madonna level s**t.
