Well.... In Scotland. You'd need to have a good eye out for Pied Wagtails. They're more common in winter in cities.

We call 'em Pied Wagtails.

I looked it up also to learn a lttle more. They said they on rare occasions have been spotted in Alaska.

Well... Umm.. And... Um... Huh... I didn't know that they can be found in Alaska....

Only rarely seen in Alaska, doesn't seem to be a breeding population.

But the article said how they were basically Eurasian, and from colder areas migrate as far south as North Africa, except in the UK where just the northenmost ones congrgated to cities for the winter like you pointed out.
