I actually live in Baltimore. It's a nice city.

Besides all the crime. They need to take care of that.

Plus the cops are assholes.

i had considered moving there in the past.

Crime is being taken care of as the place gets gentrified.
I don't know much about life at street level there, but witnessing how gentrification has taken the seediest, grimiest, awful-est parts of NYC and turned them into giant bland tombs for zombie yuppies and now trust fund hipsters, you might look back yearning for the good old days.
