Honey,what about the defenseless kids Republican legislators deny prenatal care to? Or the defenseless angels who are orphaned because Mommy was forced to carry to term despite health issues,& died from any of the countless ways pregnancy can endanger a fragile mothers life? Toxemia, immuniosuppression,miscarriage,hyperemesis gravidarum(i had this & lost 20 lbs carrying my son) stroke,postpartum hemmorhage, cancer,diabetes,kidney failure, the list is vast. USA maternal death rates aren't great for a First World Counyry,nor is out infant mortality rate great-both are a result of poor access to healthcare, & declining income levels which are ALSO the result of Republican administrations! Liberal administration aren't perfect,but the lives of average Americans tend to improve under them,at least if you use income &citizen mortality rates to judge by.
