I'm pretty sure the high sugar reading had a lot to do with the ice cream and chocolate syrup I consumed the night before. Thus today's number should be lower

Your doctor will probably tell you to take Metformin for the rest of your life.

I take 1000 MG per day, plus Glipizide

And work with your doctor, keto and your medicine may cause hypoglycemia.

I use a glucometer and I take Metformin. The good news is, my last reading was 228

Well, good to know it's less than it was. Did you know that walnuts can help lower glucose levels? Well, there's lots of foods that do that, but I don't plan to give a massive presentation. Maybe you could add some of these types of things to your diet.

I'm not so good at eating healthy. I do try, though.
