If we forget the premise that it didn't feature because it wasn't good, then let's explore the possibility that it didn't feature because it was "hate speech" directed at whites. You are comparing a recent incident (Jussie) to an incident that happened thirty years ago. Did Charles Stuart get away with it? Nope. Did Jussie get away with it? Yep.
Both incidents being used to incite racial tensions is wrong.

Yes, it's wrong to want someone r@ped. It's also wrong to assume that the @$$hole that said it is a certain race/sex. An @$$hole is an @$$hole, period.
Stuart did what he did because he wanted to get away with murdering his pregnant wife and the racial tensions were an unfortunate offshoot of that. Maybe he thought his story would be more believable if he said blacks did it instead of whites? It is still wrong, though. However, the racial tensions take a back seat to the evil of murdering a pregnant woman and her unborn child.
Jussie did what he did because he wanted to start a race war, even though he says he was trying to make a statement.
If the meme you mentioned was deleted, it was probably because it was hate speech directed at a black man. If you didn't flag it, someone else did. It's not white privilege, believe me, or all of my memes would've made front page instead of largely being suppressed or downvoted back to submission because I wasn't "politically correct".
