Sydney, you really need to do your homework. He was released without charge. He understandably feels the pressing need to move house but legally he's not been in trouble since.

He was arrested as standard procedure so that the police can investigate a potential murder case, and a good question to ask is why is that police procedure and should that be police procedure?

But he had no trouble making it clear that he was defending against a violent attacker.
