ISIS wasn't even a buzz word until Obama pulled our troops out of Iraq against the advice of his Generals, creating the power vacuum that ISIS filled.

ISIS is Obama's baby. The insurgency in Iraq originally was caused by bush, sure. ISIS didn't come about til years after he was no longer in office, though. Obama on the other hand decided to funnel weapons and money to extremists in Syria hoping that they could topple Assad. That DIRECTLY led to the birth of ISIS.
