I did look it up, I guess you don't read? He's running for president as a democrat, and has signed papers stating so. He's an independent when running for his senate re-election, but that isn't what this meme is about.

As you can tell if YOU can read, this meme says ZERO about president and just presents them as "democrats"... Bernie is not one and therefore my reply was correct. The OP should have been clear. Your bad.
Every person on that meme is a democratic presidential candidate. Yang isn't even a politician beyond the presidential run. If you aren't intelligent enough to make that connection, it's nobody's fault but yours. Your bad.
