[image deleted]Enoch, you know I think the world of you, BUT... and that's a BIG BUT... when a brother memer makes an opinionated post, perhaps even quite gentile, he usually faces an onslaught of haters. I could accurately describe them as "mindless hordes" instead of uninformed citizens who couldn't pass a 7th grade civics test. Often their constant attacks are bitter, relentless, vile, if not insulting. I try to act as a gentlemen... with civility. I disliked the Manchurian Candidate... what's the name of that empty suit again... oh, yeah... Obie One. However, I never remember calling him the types of names these ANTIFA-like Nazis call the President merely because we have different opinions. I think that in life we should have a "block" option when A$$hole$ get too scurrilous.

if your ideas and/or politics is so sound,then it should withstand any challenge,any criticism or scrutiny.

if your ideas or politics fails,then it was shite to begin with and should be discarded for the new paradigm.

this is what intelligent people do all the time.they have a willingness to be wrong.

muppets,on the other hand,cling so tightly to their beloved belief systems that any criticism is viewed as an attack,and will respond violently for having their precious even questioned.

my advice?
don't be part of the muppet class.
realize that you can be wrong,and welcome debate and criticism to test the veracity of your opinions,ideas and philosophies.

because that is how we grow and learn and evolve.

muppets never change,they just retreat into their respective echo chambers and cry about being "picked on".
