I guess so. The French suck at everything. Aren't their co2 emissions in violation of the Paris agreement thing? Yeh they suck at nukes and everything else.
From what I have seen on the US boards they come to a killing ground and by summer it will happen. Here in Scotland there is a rising want to clean out all the rubbish
