The comment thread only go as far as the second red comment, then that is where the comment thread ends.
And yes I did, because the people that own/run imgflip kept getting complaints about political memes dominating the Hot section and a large portion of the audience didn't want to see them. So imgflip changed to having streams. Each stream is outlined as to what should and should not be posted there. Then they added, as the second selection under flagging, submission in wrong stream, so it appears to be pretty important to the people who decide what happens on the site.
But it takes multiple flags for an image to be de-featured and Mod has to agree with those flags.
