Actually much of Alaska doesn't. A significant portion of the coastal area is Zone 7, meaning it gets no colder than NYC.
The farther inland you go (as towards in Canada) the colder it gets.
There's also not much of a fishing industry going on in the interior of Canada for some mystifying reason.
You're a big manly man, perhaps you can move there and farm cloudberries and lichen and show them Canucks for what they are.
