B.B. King said Green was the only guitarist who's lead playing gave him shivers, or something along those lines. I think he wound his pickups backwards, giving him an out of phase tone.

The reason I love the '70's Fleetwood Mac is because they made me check out this album .

He was dosed at a party at a commune and quit shortly after then underwent electroshock therapy. I think the gravedigging thing came for him being dirty and unkempt, with long hair and nails for awhile.

He did some solo Blues albums in the '90's that were pretty good .

i bet they were good
