the Nazi party put Jewish people in concentration camps, after they got done putting socialists in the camps. the Nazi party first put people in camps that the Germans considered socially deviant (um, including socialists) and then they moved on to putting people in camps for racial reasons.

the Democratic party split over the issue of slavery, and most northern Democrats disagreed with the Southern Democrats who wanted to legitimize and expand slavery. so ur graphic is wrong in that it was only the Southern Democrats who wanted to enslave others.

the new laws dealing with abortion in Virginia and New York are still based on the danger to the mother or the inability of the child to survive birth.
