I think the paddlin' meme just happened to be the first one when I was testing it out on the create a meme page. Since I first noticed it while trying to comment to someone.

I noticed something else wasn't working right on the site and came to Latest to see if other users were having any trouble. Your meme was one of the first I saw today.
