Well NOW it seems they have screwed up the search terms. For example: Before you could search "eyeroll" and get a return of all kinds of images with someone rolling their eyes. NOW all you get is that Robert Downy Jr eye roll. Do they not understand how we use this site? It's irritating to have them change it up so we can't find our favorite images.

[image deleted]I think the development team is still working on that function and it should get better soon. Seems like it should be five different templates returned, not all the same ones or nearly identical ones.

For now, knowing the exact template name would get you there in the meme comment search.

As a temporary workaround you could use the Blank Meme Template search to find all the eyeroll templates imgflip.com/memesearch?q=eyeroll and put the exact name in or two words to get better results.

OR I went ahead and did a Google search, saved, and uploaded the ones I can't find under the search terms I (and everyone else) use to find them in comments. Because that's where it gets to be a pain in the neck. Not necessarily for meme submissions. I did send them feedback. But I know they ignore pretty much all feedback so I don't expect much from it. LOL
