Both of the kids have the cooties. I've been nursing sick people back to health for several days. Now the husband says he feels ill as well. Calgon! Get me the eff outta here!

I don't have them like I used to though. I have used mediation and learned how to talk myself down. So for that I am thankful.

i manage mine with medication and a steady calm as best i can. but i had to slow things down too.

Medications scare the bejeezus out of me. I rarely take anything. I had to learn to not only slow down, but to stop allowing my imagination to run wild over every little thing.
