If a liberal did that you would be screaming dictator. He is passing congress and setting a dangerous precedent. He is taking more power he doesnt justly have, without the consent of congress, by going around them. The court could shoot it down or it could not.

Well, seeing that the dems want open borders and illegals voting, which could turn swing state blue for a long time to come therefore having a single party in power for decades, it would actually promote democracy. I wouldn't want either party in for president after president. It's just a shame the dems just care about keeping power and won't work with Trump to keep the border secure. And Obama basically did that with his numerous executive orders, no?

Illegals voting. Yeah right. Its a felony. The vast majority of illegals keep their heads down and do work. Its not like more than a third of them would commit a felony crime. Its a retarded conspiracy theory. I see the motive, but illegals arent coordinated and wouldn't vote on such a large scale.

An emergency is a serious, unexpected, and often dangerous situation requiring immediate action. The border issue isnt unexpected. The point of the law isnt to go around Congress' wishes, its to quickly declare funding for an emergency that Congress doesnt have time to put in the budget. Congress has debated this many times. Its doesnt fit national emergency criteria.

I lost a bunch of links I had but there was a story about a leaked memo from a group of dems that said exactly that. It would be naive as hell to think the dems at the top don't know that the vast majority of those new to America vote dem.
