Because it would never work. It couldn't possibly last. Without a central authority to at least somewhat keep order warlords will rise and establish their own governments. In this instance most likely it would be private military or private "law" enforcement groups. Anarchy is literally impossible. How are you going to keep your lack of government?

People would simply defend themselves/each other using firearms. Everything would be provided by the free market. The only way to gain power would be by earning it, and if someone is too powerful, people can simply stop spending money on said entity.

So if some crazy warlord comes around other Ancaps would sell things for defense to others because if one guy gets killed by a crazy warlord then everybody else runs the chance of it.
