that's pretty cool! never been but it seems like a pretty awesome event.

It's actually a huge pain in the ass with all the people. Finding parking or getting through downtown is nearly impossible when all you're trying to donis get to work

i could see that. I guess i was thinking more along the lines of attending as a guest, not working the event.

These days you have to already have passes to get passes, so it's pretty much impossible to even get in
There is a ton of stuff going on and they have stuff all over downtown.
For me, working, it was always cool to go through the exhibit hall on wednesday afternoon before it starts and check things out.
By then all the booths are built and none of the crowds are there yet.

that really is the best time to be there, you can get good face time with the vendors too since there isn't anyone else there. The end of the show for tear down is pretty good too b/c you can go around to all the booths and pick up all the giveaway stuff that the vendors don't want to ship back home!

We get all sorts of swag from trade shows come strike time
