Nope not at all. A SS vest, commonly used by terrorists throughout the Middle East on children are Suicide Vests, they carry explosives strapped to them and a plunger is wired to the explosives on the vest, when the plunger is depressed, it detonates the explosives. This tactic is commonly used by terrorists on children because we assume that children are harmless there for don't have to worry about them. When their enemy gets close enough, they depress the plunger detonating it killing all around the blast. I'm in Navy JROTC that's how I know all of this stuff.
