Actually it is s right (even though it is not mentioned in the Constitution), in same same way gun ownership is. The government doesn't buy a gun for you, it merely is not supposed to do anything to prevent you from obtaining it.
So healthcare is a right, like gun ownership. The government does not have to provide it for you, it merely needs to not prevent you from obtaining it on your own
