the bill was introduced after the tweet. And the sentence doesnt make sense with the bill. What do they have to do? Maybe it was a little joke or something, but the tweet is in a completely different context. I think you're right about the bill. I don't think you're right about covfefe. Trump himself tweeted that it was something that needed to be decoded, according to your article. Seems a little farfetched that he'd say a typo was a secret code.

It's coverage. Despite the constant negative press coverage. Duh. He tweeted that to act smart, it was a typo. Why would he say negative press bill to record my tweets as presidential statements? What are you talking about. The bill had to do with the tweets, and it was probably a little joke.
